Personal Information:

  I am a College of St. Benedict/St. John's University graduate with a degree in Communications and a minor in Gender studies.  That degree lead me into the world of fast paced sales; which was a bit of an adjustment considering I thought that I would work in the non-profit sector.  After a career in business to business sales for the last 10 years, I have been fortunate enough to be able to transition into a full time real estate career at a time when most agents are transitioning out.

  My husband, Dan and I met in 2003 and married in 2006.  We have 2 boys with one child on the way any minute now...still waiting...still waiting:)  Our oldest son will be heading off to high school in the fall and our second has just turned 2 years old.  They are both busy kids keeping us on our toes every moment of everyday.  We have been very blessed.

  Dan has been a self-employeed business owner for the last 14 years of a very successful guitar/bass lessons business.  He continues to work in that field while also joining me as a realtor this last year.  We enjoy the challenge of the real estate business as well as the challenge of working so closely with your spouse.  Our ability to see things differently while working on the same project has really brought out the best in both of our skill sets and has become a fantastic asset to our clients.

Business History

  After a career in banking, Terri started selling Real Estate full time in 1987 with REALTY WORLD-Paragon. After 3 years she took over management and training of the company.  In 1994 she joined Castle Realty as a Co-Owner/Broker. Terri became involved with bank owned properties in 1995, before the big boom, and has been fortunate to be busy the last decade, at a time when the market was slowing down. She became the first REO Specialist (Real Estate Owned by banks) in the St Cloud market in 1995. Terri is an active member of Castle Realty’s Board of Directors and past Chief Financial Officer. Memberships include:  St Cloud Area Assn of Realtors, MN Assn of Realtors, National Assn of Realtors, National REO Broker’s Assn.

Personal History

  Married to the same man for over 30 years, Bob is very supportive and is a part time assistant when the ‘Bank Owned’ listings come in waves. Terri has two grown daughters, both married and living in the area. Daughter Sarah and her husband Chad live in Sartell and own Twin River’s Convenience Store in Sartell. They and have blessed us with two healthy, happy grandsons. Daughter Jenni and husband Aaron also live in Sartell, and Jenni helps Terri part time with bookkeeping, paying monthly expenses on bank owned listings.

  Terri is an avid gardener, with a large pesticide free garden that is shared with family and friends. Canning, freezing and drying the harvest is a large undertaking that Terri and her husband share. She’s developed a passion for eating healthy and natural health after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2005. She enjoys the outdoors and loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She’s an active member of St Paul’s Catholic Church and volunteers in many areas, including usher and lector. Terri is a lifelong resident of the area, having been born in St Cloud, grew up in a family of 11 in Sauk Rapids and currently resides in St Cloud.

Don has been happily marred since 1974. He and his wife (Andrea) are parents of 3 daughters, 2 sons and have 8 beautiful grandchildren whom he loves to spoil! In his spare time Don enjoys family time, motorcycling, golfing, woodworking, traveling, cooking, fishing and cabin life on Grand Lake.
